JUULing – What Can You Do To Stop It?

The American Lung Association is suing the FDA for delaying its timeline to regulate these products from 2018 until 2021. Creating 3 more years for underage users to become nicotine addicts. Big Tobacco has destroyed the health of millions of American youths over the last 100 years, we need to stop history from repeating itself. Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances known to man. According to the Institute of Medicine, 95% of lifetime tobacco users, began before the age of 21. Increase the sale age of these deadly addictive products allows the teen brain to mature before becoming addicted.

Here is where you can help!

  1. Read this New York Times editorial “The Formaldehyde in Your E-Cig
  2. Send an email to the Commissioner of the FDA and the Director of Tobacco Control explaining you and your child’s experience with youth tobacco/nicotine use. Describe what is going on in our schools and demand that these products be pulled from the market until further testing is done!
