Judith Shea-Vaillancourt, RN-C, FNP has been with Pediatric Specialists since June of 1985. Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, Judith attended Fitchburg State College and graduated in 1978 as a Magna Cum Laude and a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honors society. She received necessary training as a nurse practitioner at the university of Lowell and completed that program in May of 1985. Prior to that training she worked for 5 years in intensive cardio-thoracic trauma. Since 1985 she has been a valued member of the provider team at Pediatric Specialists and has added many of her specials skills to the practice.
Along with general interests in pediatric medicine, Judith has special interest in asthma management, lactation support and complementary health care. Away from the practice Judith is quite involved as a member of the adjunct faculty of Northeastern University and is the Director Regional / American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. On the lighter side she is a first class cook and cake decorator as well as an expert quiltmaker, designer and seamstress.
